Abstract(in English) Incoming wind velocity estimation using Doppler LIDAR is presented. Wind observation data of Doppler LIDAR are input to the extended Kalman filter for smoothing the observed wind filed before predicting the future incoming wind based on one-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. The wind field prediction performance of the proposed technique is shown using our real field data.
