| Abstract(in English) | Utilizing Twitter at the time of disaster has been gaining attention, because to minimize the damage by disasters, it is important to collect and spread accurate information quickly. Based on such background, we have developed disaster information sharing systems using Twitter, DITS/DIMS (Disaster Information Tweeting and Mapping System) and {it Sairepo} (Saigai report, which means disaster report). In this study, we develop a disaster-information sharing system specialized on river, Mizurepo, by improving Sairepo. Mizurepo indicates the nearest river name and the name of its river system, and users of Mizurepo can post a tweet including these names easily. Users of Mizurepo can browse only the information of specified water systems and rivers. |
