Abstract(in English) | The fuzzy structure is generated by the helium irradiation. Although the fuzz structure has the potential as a new absorber, it is not enough to investigate the optical properties for the complicated shape. Hence, the optical properties are investigated using a numerical simulation. It is known that the fractal dimension of the fuzzy structure is 2.3?2.6. Therefore, the fractal structure is simplified by geometric modeling that used a fractal structure. The simulation results are shown in good agreement between the optical properties of the fuzzy structure and the fractal pyramid. On the other hand, Menger’s sponge is not suitable for the geometric modeling of the fuzzy structure because of the increment of the reflectance. |
