| 抄録(和) | 携帯電話が第3世代，第4世代，第5世代と進むにつれ，携帯電話で使用する周波数バンドが劇的に増加している．携帯電話端末用RFコンポーネントはこの増加する周波数バンドに対応するため，そのRFコンポーネントの1つである電力増幅器(PA)の場合，1つのPAで多くの周波数バンドに対応する必要が出てくる．この場合，PAの技術課題の代表的なものとして，整合回路の広帯域化があげられる．本報告ではPAで広く適用されているLC整合回路について，特に2段接続で構成される4種類の整合回路に注目し，広帯域化の観点から比較検討を行う |
| 抄録(英) | As the mobile phone generation progresses with the third, fourth, and fifth generations, the frequency bands used in mobile phones are increasing dramatically. RF components for mobile phone terminals correspond to this increasing frequency band. In the case of power amplifier (PA), which is one of the RF components, it is necessary to correspond to many frequency bands in one PA. In this case, the wideband of the matched circuit is a typical one of the technical problems of PA. In this study, we focus on four types of matching circuits composed of two-stage connections for LC matching circuits widely applied in PA, and compare them from the viewpoint of broadband. |
