| 抄録(和) | 私たちは、自分か?置かれた状況に適した言動を取ることを求められている。その行動調整の1つか?相 手に合わせた話し方(i.e. 言語レシ?スター)の選択て?あり、その選択を間違えることは、時に非礼な行動となり、相 手に悪印象を与えうる。先行研究において、言語レシ?スターと聞き手の組み合わせは 5-6 歳こ?ろに概ね理解て?きる ようになり、言語レシ?スターの選択か?相手に与える影響の理解は 7 歳以降にならないと見られないことか?報告され ている。しかしなか?ら先行研究て?は、言語レシ?スターの理解の開始時期については検討されているものの、と?のよ うに理解か?進むか、その理解のメカニス?ムについては、十分な検討か?されていない。本研究て?は、言語レシ?スター の理解のメカニス?ムを明らかにするために、言語レシ?スターと聞き手の組み合わせの理解と言語レシ?スターの選択 か?聞き手に与える影響の理解の発達にと?のような要因か?影響するかを検討した。3-12 歳の定型発達児 56 名を対象 に実験を行ったところ、言語レシ?スターと聞き手の組み合わせの理解の発達には年齢の上昇か?寄与していることか? 明らかとなった。一方、言語レシ?スターの選択か?聞き手に与える影響の理解の発達に関しては、レシ?スターのルー ルの理解およひ?他者感情理解の発達は寄与していないことか?明らかとなった。 |
| 抄録(英) | We are required to behave appropriately to suit the situations where we are in. One of the behavioral controls is a selection of linguistic register which suits the listener, and making a mistake to select a linguistic register sometimes could be interpreted as rudeness and offend the listener and result in a negative impact on the relationship with that individual. Previous studies showed that 5- to 6-year-olds almost understand the appropriate relationships between the listener and linguistic register. Moreover, 7-year-old children understand the appropriate register selection makes the addressees feel good. Although previous studies have examined the process of children’s register acquisition, the mechanism of register acquisition has not been paid attention. Thus, this study examined how children are able to understand register-listener relationships and the social meaning of register selection. 3- to 12-year-old children (n=56) participated in the studies. The results showed that children’s age affects the understanding of register-listener associations. We also found that the understanding of register-listener associations and emotion comprehension don’t affect understanding of the social meaning of register selection. |
