Abstract(in English) This report proposed an asymmetric hairpin resonator loaded with a BST varactor which is a variable capacitor made of ${rm (Ba_xSr_{1-x})TiO_3}$. Also, a tunable bandpass filter (BPF) featuring easy adjustable of coupling coefficients composed using those resonators is proposed. Moreover, a tunable diplexer composed two tunable BPFs which have different operation frequencies are designed. Firstly, the trends and target values of coupling coefficients and external quality factors against operation frequencies are calculated. The second-order tunable BPF using the asymmetric hairpin resonators loaded with a BST varactor is designed after the asymmetric hairpin resonator is configured as following the those trends. And, the frequency characteristics of tunable BPFs using BST or Si varactors are compared. Secondly, two type structures for tunable BPFs using those resonators which have different operation frequencies are configured. Finally, the circuit structure and simulaiton results of the tunable diplexer are shown.
