| Abstract(in English) | An alpha-ray irradiation therapy with At-211 has been a recent research interest. At-211 decays with X and/or gamma-rays, which can be used for imaging of an At-211 distribution. Although we applied an Electron Tracking Compton Camera (ETCC) to an imaging of the At-211 distribution in our previous study, we could not obtain images with sufficient quality. This issue was derived from a low decay rate of gamma-rays and low detection efficiency of the ETCC. In this study, we performed simulations with a static SPECT system with multi-pinhole collimators. This system detects 79 keV X-rays, which are much more frequently emitted from At-211 than gamma-rays. As a result of simulations, we obtained reconstructed images of the At-211 distribution with sufficient quality. |
