Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The probability p of p-persistent CSMA/CA to maximize the throughput can be calculated from the packet length and the number of contenders. Since it is difficult to grasp the actual number of contenders, an estimation method, such as by using an attenuation function, is required. In this research, by improving the calculation method of transmission probability and modifying the attenuation function, p-persistent CSMA/CA achieves throughput improvement.
