Abstract(in English) | Ultrasonic sound source using a circular transverse vibrating plate is easy to radiate strong ultrasonic wave into the air. The authors aim to radiate a strong ultrasonic wave in the air using a small circular transverse vibrating plate without vibration node. In the examination until now, when the input was big, the vibrating plate could not stand the stress by the vibration of itself, and the crack might be formed. In this paper, as a sound source with higher strength, the case of filleting a part of the sound source is examined. As the results, it was found that the sound source was stably driven even when the input to the vibrator was large. |
