Abstract(in English) In this report, we use Watson chatbot, which is one of the functions of IBM Cloud, as one of the countermeasures for many people suffering from the stressed society that has become a problem in recent years. We consider how to solve the above problems by improving interpersonal communication skills and counseling with AI.
