Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We designed and evaluated the performances of an single-flux-quantum (SFQ) autocorrelator that supports 2-bit signal inputs for astronomical data processing. The number of outputs form of the autocorrelator is 4, which corresponds to autocorrelation of the digital input distant from 1, 3, 5, and 7 clocks. The SFQ binary counter that can be used as an integrator. The sampling frequency of ADC is over 20 GHz. The bias margin of the autocorrelator normalized by 2.5 mV is 80%-125% at 50 GHz on the simulation, and the number of Josephson junction is 5631.
