Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Communication career has to quickly and accurately recover from communication failures that frequently occur in multiple communication services due to disasters. However, when damage to buildings, cables, and equipment occurred, it was difficult to identify the affected equipment by grasping the communication status of all sections related to the damaged part. We have been studying a network management architecture that enables to store network structure with unified format and manage it across layers. In this paper, we propose a method to extract equipment candidates such as damaged buildings and cables from the failure status of multiple communication services using this architecture. And if there is equipment that accommodates multiple communication services among the extracted equipment candidates, the accommodation number is defined as the multiplicity. We also propose a method to identify affected facilities to be restored by narrowing down the corresponding equipment based on the degree of multiplicity. In addition, we report the result of operation verification by applying the proposed method to a transmission network composed of multiple rings. |
