Abstract(in English) With the advancement of IoT technology in recent years, remote monitoring systems for disaster prediction are spreading. Among them, remote monitoring using LPWA has attracted attention. Conventionally, information transmitted by the LPWA mainly includes contact information and numerical information, but transmitting a still image is also effective for disaster prediction. This time, an equipment capable of transmitting still images was manufactured and put into practical use. In this presentation, we describe the outline of the still image transmission equipment using LPWA for disaster prediction and the demonstration experiment.
