Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMRS) is very useful in basic chemical and physiological research, including the analysis of organic compounds. However, there is a problem that the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is low, and it has been practiced to increase the SNR by taking the integrated average of the results of repeated measurements. An effective denoising method is required to improve the efficiency of measurement and to measure samples with large changes over time. In this study, we propose, the denoising method focused on the fact that the wavelength spectrum obtained by Fourier transforming the free induction decay (FID) signal observed by NMRS is sparse, and that it maintains the sparseness even if it is N-order differentiated. In this presentation, we report these simulation results.
