| Abstract(in English) | Rapid increase in the global usage of consumer electronic products has generated a large amount of electronic-waste (e-waste). E-waste has been threatening human health and environment, especially in developing countries. From this viewpoint, there is a growing need to develop green electronic devices, which are originating from natural resources and are human/environment-friendly. Wood-derived nanocellulose paper has recently received major attention as a promising substrate for green electronics, due to its renewability and biodegradability. Here, we show green and flexible paper electronics based on the nanocellulose paper. The paper electronics provided high device performances as well as excellent flexibility, biodegradability, and disposability, opening new doors for future green electronics. |
