Abstract(in English) We propose a sequential channel allocation method based on multi-objective multi-armed bandit problems. The proposed method fine-tunes channels based on observations of communication quality. Specifically, the proposed method avoids allocating a channel set with poor observed communication quality among candidate channel sets obtained by some of model-based methods. The proposed method has two features. First, the proposed method can balance a trade-off relationship between exploration and exploitation in channel allocation by a bandit algorithm. Second, the proposed method can treat multiple performance metrics for observed communication quality and identify all Pareto optimal channel sets. Experimental results demonstrate that the ratio at which the proposed method selected a non-Pareto optimal channel set is about one thirds of the ratio at which it selected a Pareto optimal channel set.
