Abstract(in English) | Terahertz-bands enables ultra-high-speed transmission of several tens of Gbps or more because of its wide bandwidth, and is expected to be applied to uncompressed transmission of 8K video and the front/backhaul of future mobile networks. However, the transmission/reception technology, antenna technology, etc. for the terahertz-bands system have not been established. In this paper, we will show CMOS circuit technologies, module technologies, antenna technologies, and system design for realizing wireless transmission in the 300 GHz-band. In addition we will demonstrate the 300 GHz-band wireless communication experiments by these technologies. |
