Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | In our previous report, we focused on the channel capability of Massive MIMO and investigated the relationship among various radio wave propagation environments in the case of point-to-point link, that is, single-user transmission. The target transmission method is selected eigenmode transmission, which selects several higher-gain modes from orthogonal streams in the MIMO configuration. Propagation environment was taken into consideration Rayleigh fading environment for non-line-of-sight communication and Nakagami-Rice fading environment for line-of-sight communication, and considered spatial correlation with the base station array. After then, in report, we expand the previous method in and investigate the channel capability of Massive MIMO in point-to-multipoint, that is, multi-user transmission in non-line-of-sight (NLOS) environments. In this report, according to the same transmission scheme in the previous report, we analyze the channel capacity of multiuser massive MIMO in line-of-sight (LOS) environments. |
