Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Airborne ultrasonic phased arrays enlarged the size of work space and added an extra degree of freedom to conventional acoustic levitation. DIY devices were also enabled by the same concept. Acoustic levitation can be used as visualization of an ultrasonic standing wave for scientific education. In this talk, this paradigm shift of acoustic levitation is introduced.
