Consideration of corrosion behavior analysis method of metal materials in low electrolyte concentration environment

Abstract(in English) Freshwater is solution of low electrolyte, but freshwater is a corrosion environment. However, behavior of corrosion and cathodic protection in freshwater are little understood, so it is difficult to perform electrochemical measurement in high resistance solutions. In this study, measuring method which is suitable for low-concentration solutions is considered, corrosion behavior is analyzed. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is suitable for low-concentration solutions, the corrosion behavior of pure iron, pure zinc and stainless steel are analyzed at a steady state.
