Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Graphene oxide (GO) and cellulose nanofiber (CNF) are nanomaterials that have attracted attention in recent years. Graphene oxide (GO) is produced as an intermediate during graphene production by a chemical oxidation method, and it has several kinds of oxygen functional groups. Then, cellulose nanofiber (CNF) is obtained by chemical / physical treatment from plants, and it has high aspect ratio, mechanical strength, reactivity and low specific weight. We tried to synthesize high-dimensional structural control composites by using the GO and the CNF. Since both substances have many OH groups, they exhibit high dispersibility in water. So they have been expected to be mixed at a uniform and nano scale. Furthermore, it is expected to control the dimensionality and morphology of the composite material by combining the GO and the CNF having different dimensionality and utilizing the hydrogen bond formed between the OH groups. Up to now, we have confirmed that the composite film form changes from a thin film to a porous film depending on the drying conditions. In this study, we focused on the influence of drying environment on the form. Therefore, we designed a vacuum drying device and tried to clarify the condition of the form control. The pressure conditions during vacuum drying were examined. With respect to the obtained film, light transmittance was evaluated using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and observe the surface by optical microscope. It was confirmed that there is a boundary value to fome the porous or thin films when the vacuum condition is between 650 Pa and 400 Pa.
