Abstract(in English) | In the large fusion test facilities, the electromagnetic fields of various frequencies, ELF~RF~EHF, and static high magnetic fields are used for plasma experiments to investigate high-temperature plasma physics. In particular, since a high-power plasma heating devices using RF and EHF are used to generate and maintain high-temperature plasma, it is important to monitor the environmental electromagnetic field around heating devices from the viewpoint of safety of workers. To investigate the characteristic electromagnetic environment in the fusion test facility, Large Helical Device (LHD), a remote monitoring system was developed to measure leakage electromagnetic fields around the RF range heating devices. As a result, a leakage electric field was detected near the top of the RF amplifier. However, it did not exceed the guideline level of the RF range on the Japan RCR-STD 38 standard under the plasma experimental conditions of LHD. |
