| Abstract(in English) | Currently, automation of legal tasks, such as drafting or reviewing contracts, is highly needed because these tasks cost companies a lot of time. In this paper, as the first step for tackling this problem, we analyzed the vocabulary of Japanese contract data by comparing them with non-contract data, and elucidated that distinctive expressions and vocabularies are used in them. In addition, we tried classification of articles of contracts by unsupervised learning, and confirmed the results are similar to the classification by legal experts. |
