Abstract(in English) In order to evaluate the RF exposure from base station installed underground, a calculation formula applying a correction factor is proposed. In RF exposure situations where the human body is located directly above a base station installed underground, it is confirmed that compliance assessment based on the peak e-field strength in height direction is equivalent or conservative compared to that based on the peak 10-g averaged local specific absorption.
