Abstract(in English) | In this study, we are planning to develop a piezoelectric acoustic sensor that responds to the audible frequency range of rodents as a front-end device for hearing prosthesis systems used in animal experiments. First, to realize the characteristics of high response sensitivity, profound frequency selectivity, and low power consumption, the physical properties of the sensor-device structure were analyzed numerically using a finite element method Next, on the basis of these results, we proposed a construction method of acoustic sensor using cantilever structure and piezoelectric material. A future application of this system can be an auditory prosthesis system that provides electrical stimulation to the auditory cortex of rodents. |
