| Abstract(in English) | In this study, we develop and evaluate an intellectual property learning system for engineering students taking into account the growth of demand for the intellectual property education. Our proposed system can be divided into two parts: a patent law learning and a problem exercise. In the patent law learning system, important keywords in the provisions are prepared in advance, and learners can study by assembling the keywords and logical elements (AND, OR, and NOT) and making a circuit representing the provision. The problem exercise system provides multiple-choice questions and EBS (Error-based Simulation) for learners. The EBS runs on the logic circuit, which is assembled based on the learner's answer. The novelty of this study is that EBS is installed in the problem exercise on patent law. As a result of the evaluation experiments, it was suggested that our proposed system is effective for learning intellectual property. |
