Fundamental Study on Sound Source exploration method inside structure using DNN and CAE

Abstract(in English) Currently, it has become possible to estimate the position of the sound source concerning the direct sound by the sound source localization techniques using the microphone array. However, the estimation of the sound source position for the indirect sound has not been assumed by the conventional method. In this study, we propose a sound source exploration method using Deep Neural Network (DNN) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) to estimate the position of sound sources existing in structures such as machinery products and buildings. In this paper, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method have been confirmed by numerical experiments and experiments, respectively.
