Abstract(in English) A CMOS based 300 GHz wireless system typically has low signal to noise ratio character istics owing to a low transmitter output power and a high receiver noise figure. Therefore high directivity antennas are usually employed to make data transmission distance longer under the low SNR condition. However there is another significant factor to affect thequality of wireless communication. That is noise originated from the transmitter because of its ultra high operation frequency and wide channel bandwidth. In this report , a simple level diagram c onsidering the transmitter noise at the operating frequency of 300 GHz is described. And the CMOS based 300 GHz wireless system using 33 dBi high gain lens horn antenna whose maximum data rate of 24 Gbit/s with 16QAM at a distance of 50 cm , was demonstrated.
