| Abstract(in English) | To promote countermeasures against disasters that have been increasing in recent years, important issues include the guidance of sick and wounded victims at medical rescue centers set up at disasters, and the sharing of information on the victims, thereby improving the survival rate of evacuees and maintaining their health during disasters. In this paper, we discuss the possibility of remote support using the network that can be affordable even in disasters for the victim reception desk at medical rescue centers under human resource shortage. Specifically, we conducted a drill on August 24, 2019, in Kochi City, where we tested remote support for the reception desk of a virtual medical rescue center. Its results and future issues manifested by the drill are introduced and discussed. |
