Abstract(in English) | In this study, we fabricated inverted perovskite solar cells using graphene oxide (GO) as a hole buffer layer. We deposited ultra-thin GO films by layer by layer (LBL) method and the electrophoretic deposition method, we investigated the difference in Solar cell performance by the GO deposition method and the number of GO layers (thickness) for higher performance. GO films deposited by LBL effectively prevents the hysteresis and improved the efficiency. In the electrophoretic deposition method, the GO films effectively overlap ITO electrode and higher open-circuit voltage was obtained. However the current decreases with the increment of GO layers above 4~6 layers due to the increase of contact resistance. |
