Abstract(in English) When a metal object is measured through a dielectric with a wall penetrating radar, the speed of the dielectric object is slow, and the position of the metal object on the image shifts. Since this deviation depends on the dielectric constant of the dielectric, the dielectric constant of the dielectric can be estimated by comparing it with an image measured without passing through the dielectric. In this study, an attempt was made to estimate the dielectric constant using a commercially available inexpensive radar module. We also examined and measured a method for easily measuring the antenna pattern of a radar module whose specifications were unknown and the antenna could not be separated.
