Abstract(in English) | To decide rescuers’ initial movement after a large-scale disaster, it is important to collect safety confirmation even if the usual communication infrastructure is downed. By combining the satellite safety confirmation service "Q-ANPI" using the QZSS "MICHIBIKI" and ad-hoc communication technology using smartphones, we are researching and developing safety confirmation system which can collect widely scattered safety confirmation in a short time. In this paper, we show the usage scenario and system configuration of the proposed system and verify the function and basic performance in each usage scene through experiments. |
