Abstract(in English) With the advancement of Internet technology, open data has been progressed and anyone can use it freely, and redistribution is possible, so that big data has also been developed. In May 2016, “Open Data 2.0” was formulated [1] by the Strategic Headquarters for the Promotion of Advanced Information and Telecommunications Network Society, and it was shown that it aims to resolve regional issues until 2020. Data handled as open data consists of a triple structure of subjects, predicates, and objects, uses a standard Resource Description Framework (RDF) structure, and links these data to Linked Open Data (LOD). In this report, we describe the method of structuring and converting existing unstructured data into triples and converting them into RDF structures, and constructing them as LODs, as well as hints on some Web site data in case of mistakes in the quiz format selection problem as applications. We also describe the method and the results to make it easy for solving the problems. At present, there is not a lot of data registered in DBpedia RDF data etc.. so it is obtained from a specific Web page, but the prospect of getting a correct answer with an appropriate hint was obtained, and an effective result was obtained.
