Abstract(in English) | Active contour models has been widely used to extract the contour of aninternal organ in medical image analysis. In this paper, we propose amethod for extracting the boundary surface of an internal organ from3D-CT image by extending the idea of active contour. We verified theeffectiveness of the proposed method through an extraction task ofboundary surface of a kidney from 3D-CT data. |
