Abstract(in English) | In this study, the communication robot asks the elderly people “questions about daily life” triggered by various events in the daily life of the elderly, recognizes and remembers the responses, and grasps the daily life of the elderly. The goal was to develop a system for early detection of dementia. In this study, we focused on “Grandchild's Birthday” in the daily life of the elderly as a prototype system. Two days after the grandchild's birthday, the communication robot asks the elderly person “a gift for the grandchild”. At the same time, ask the grandchild “a gift from the elderly” through LINE. Each response result is stored in Neo4j, a graph database, and it is determined whether the elderly remembered the present given to the grandchild and the result is notified to the relatives by LINE. The effectiveness of this system was clarified through an evaluation experiment for the elderly and persons using the developed prototype system. |
