Abstract(in English) | Recently, sensor nodes that read data from sensors and send them to the cloud database have been developed. Applications that use those data cannot judge whether data is correct or not if Byzantine Failure sensor nodes exist. This situation may result in malfunctioning of applications. In this article, we consider Byzantine Failure of sensor nodes. In general, it is difficult to detect Byzantine Failure sensor nodes and there is little research on this subject. We thus propose methods for findingByzantine Failure sensor nodes in the initial setup phase, where only white noise is assumed to be observed. Bysimulation experiments, we show that the proposed methods are effectivein detecting Byzantine Failure sensor nodes. |
