A Population Game Model of Customers' Behaviors based on Review Score Ranking

Abstract(in English) In recent years, the online shopping has become common.In many review sites, customers can refer to an average rating ranking of products, and can compare the products without refering to each review in detail. Its convenience makes customers use such a ranking to determine which product to purchase.In this paper, we model customers' decision-making that purchases a highly rated product in the average rating ranking as a revision protocol in a population game, and investigate properties of the generated dynamics by the revision protocol.
