Abstract(in English) | Data-driven methods in machine learning rely only on the statistical nature of the data. Therefore, its predictions could be incorrect from the viewpoint of human knowledge. Incorrect predictions should be a big issue if we apply machine learning to mission-critical domains such as the medical field. In this study, we propose a machine learning system that uses domain knowledge based on the rule-based guide for learning. Our system generates a logical rule from the prediction tendency of the target model, and weights training data as the generated logical rule matches to a given knowledge by a human. The weighted data allows the model to avoid incorrect predictions and to improves the accuracy by re-learn. |
