Abstract(in English) | First, in the case of a thin sample fully enclosed in the cavity, we deduced approximate expressions for all the resonant modes in the resonant frequency shift. Next, in the split-cylinder-cavity method, in which a cavity with a flange and a small groove is used, we show that the approximate expression for TE$_{011}$ mode in the case of a sample fully enclosed in the cavity is valid, and the approximate expression for TM$_{111}$ mode is also valid except for the proportional constant. Finally, we deduced an approximate expression forthe measurable range in the thickness and permittivity of a thin sample. |
