Abstract(in English) An estimation method for electron density distribution of the cylindrical plasma is investigated. In this paper, we estimate the electron density distribution of the cylindrical plasma from its scattering properties of electromagnetic wave using multi-layer axisymmetric dielectric model. To evaluate effectiveness of the method, we performed a simulation of estimation for calculated values by FDTD method as scattering properties mimicking measurement values. As the result, the estimated distribution is in good agreement with the input distribution in FDTD calculation. Therefore, effectiveness of the method is confirmed.
