Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The purpose of this research is to generate a class diagram semi-automatically from a Japanese requirements description by using a tool named UMLtool that expresses class diagram information written in XML as a class diagram. In this paper, we propose a method for creating class diagrams from Japanese requirements description, and a method for converting them into the XML representation format of UMLtool. “Class” and “attribute” are extracted from common nouns, “method” is extracted from a "sahen" noun or verb, and “Relationship between classes” is extracted from a specific verb. We evaluate our method for creating class diagram with the precision and recall. As a result of the evaluation, we think our method is useful. |
