Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a far-end crosstalk cancellation (FEXT) method with adjustable injection timing of the crosstalk cancellation (XTC) signals into the adjacent lines. The proposed method adjusts the time to generate XTC signals using the delay adjustment circuit and cancels FEXT even when FEXT occurs at different times depending on the transmission lines. The circuits are designed in a 40 nm CMOS process, and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through the simulation at a data rate of 16 Gb/s.
