Security of K(+)CBPKC Based on Message-Dependent Transformation

Abstract(in English) Formerly the author presented a message-dependent transformation scheme, K(I)Scheme [1-3]. Based on K(I)Scheme, we presented a new class of CBPKC(Code Based PKC), K(I)Sch・CBPKC [1]. In this paper, we present a modi ed K(I)Sch・CBPKC referred to as K(+)CBPKC. We show that K(+)CBPKC would be secure against the various attacks such as LLL attack. Namely the security of K(+)CBPKC depends on the difficulty of solving indeterminate 2k simultaneous equations in 3k variables (k ? 88). We point out that K(+)CBPKC is self-evidently secure against ISD(Information Set Decoding) attack, because it attains the coding rate of exactly1.0.
