[Poster Presentation] Throughput Analysis for Full Duplex Wireless Local Area Networks with Inter-User Interference

Abstract(in English) Full duplex (FD) communication can potentially double the throughput of a point-to-point link. However, to achieve such benefits, it is necessary to design FD medium access control (MAC) protocols. FD transmission modes are classified into two modes; bi-directional FD transmission and uni-directional FD one. The conventional analytical modes for FD WLANs assumes only bi-directional FD transmission mode. This paper proposes throughput analysis for FD WLANs with inter-user interference. The proposed model enables to evaluate a WLAN where only AP performs FD communication the other STAs performs HD communication.
