[Poster Presentation] Acceleration of simultaneous estimation of DOA and TOA by switching FISTA

Abstract(in English) In recent years, various DOA and TOA estimation methods have been proposed to improve wireless communication quality. In particular, a method using compressed sensing that can estimate by using one sampling is attracting attention. However, the compressed sensing estimats by iterative operations. Therefore, calculation time becomes enormous when estimating profiles of two or more dimensions. This paper proposes acceleration method of DOA-TOA simultaneous estimation method using switching FISTA (Fast Iterative Shrinkage Thresholding Algorithm). In the proposed method, the calculation time reduces by reducing the number of bins necessary for estimation of compressed sensing. Also, the calculation time and estimation accuracy of the proposed method and FISTA are compared, then, the effectiveness of the proposed method is shown.
