Abstract(in English) | Computational thinking and programming skill are universally required abilities for the children who will support Society 5.0. However, the schoolteachers involved in developing these abilities lack knowledge, skills and a sense of ownership. To solve this problem, it is necessary to establish an evaluation index of knowledge and skills related to programming education. Based on this evaluation index, it is required to develop a teacher training curriculum and the related teaching materials. In this paper, as the first stage of our research, we consider the qualities and abilities required for the teachers involved in programming education, and describe teacher training to foster the required qualities and abilities. |
