Abstract(in English) In this report, the design and measure results of a 2.4GHz band rectifier circuit using a Rat-Race circuit and a Cockcroft-Walton circuit. Attempts have been made to extract a voltage from a Cockcroft-Walton circuit using a high impedance antenna . However, it can not be judged whether the impedance matching on the antenna side and the rectifier circuit side are taken. 50Ω was used to measure the output voltage after confirming the impedance matching. In addition, a balanced-unbalanced conversion of the input signal is performed by using a Rat-Race circuit. In experimental investigation, it was confirmed that the best impedance matching was achieved at 2.41 GHz, and an output voltage of 91 mV was obtained when the input power was -20 dBm.
