| Abstract(in English) | There are wide variety of expressway facilities which support safety drive on expressway 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The 2018 Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake occurred on 6, September, 2018, caused widespread damage to the facilities and cut power.This report explains disaster situation when the quake occurred, early restoration, issues which were revealed when we looked back at correspondence of the quake. |
