Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The new modulation method "MARIA method" for 6G invented last year [8] was renovated in response to the main issues of 5G. mMIMO, which is the main wireless technology of 5G, is divided into the case of using for MIMO function and the case of using for beamforming function. The main problem with the MIMO function is high cross-correlation between channel characteristics, and the problem with the beamforming function is low data transmission efficiency. In response to these issues, the “MARIA method” is inserted in the baseband part to reduce the cross-correlation between propagation path characteristics in the MIMO function and to increase the data multiplexing rate in N × N MIMO to the square of N. For the beam forming function, data was multiplexed also by inserting the “MARIA method” into the baseband part, enabling high-speed data rate transmission and multi-user use with a single beam. This research was conducted based on the super science high school certification lesson of the ministry, MEXT.
