Development of the spherical panorama VR to enhance experiential learning of new lecturers in PBL courses

Abstract(in English) More and more university adopt PBL as a semester subject. Some universities provide PBL considering the relationship between subjects, through 4 years bachelor's program. It is difficult for new teachers to grasp the relationship between subjects immediately, thus they tend to do their class isolatedly from other subjects. In this study, we developed 360 degree spherical panorama VR contents aiming to support new teachers who were in charge of PBL classes to make plan of following PBL class to be held in next semester. Our contents use spherial panorama videos of past presentations of the class. Students and teachers can enjoy our contents interactively such as posters, presentation slides, Q&A and so on.
